Renew Physical Therapy & Pilates COVID-19 policies

 

Our first priority is the safety of our staff and clients during this time of COVID-19 and the reopening of businesses. We are following all state, local, and DORA (Department of Regulatory Agency) guidelines and closely monitoring all changes. At this time, Renew Physical Therapy & Pilates policies state that everyone entering must:

     -Encourage wearing a face mask at all times if unvaccinated

     -Wear sticky socks in the studio 

     -Social distancing of at least 6 feet as able

     -All small group classes will accommodate social distancing

     -There will be time between appointments for thorough cleaning

     -We ask that you do not come inside until it is your scheduled appointment time

     -We are striving for a contactless experience with payments at this time. We require a credit or debit card number       be on file in our encrypted software system to avoid shared contact of cards, pens, cash and checks.

*There will not be a cancellation fee for late cancels due to feeling ill especially if you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath and any other symptoms associated with COVID-19. Please err on the side of caution regarding illness.
