Starter Packages

We want to set everyone up for success when beginning our small group classes so we require a starter package that includes at least three sessions to get ready to begin small group classes at Renew Physical Therapy & Pilates. For anyone new to Pilates or needing a refresher after time off from consistent Pilates Reformer classes. This is to ensure you are safe, able to modify for any medical conditions you may have and to encourage confidence as you enter into a group class setting. Please call to set up your private sessions.

Private Pilates Starter Package

This option includes three, one-on-one 55 minute sessions that introduce you to the Pilates Reformer and CoreAlign. You will have time to explore the equipment, learn a deeper understanding of your body, posture, efficient movement patterns and ask questions before beginning classes. This is a time to ask about your individual needs especially if you have recently recovered or are recovering from an injury, are having pain, have lower bone density and/or have any other conditions that may limit your participation in a group class. This package will also include the cost of your first 2 small group classes.

CoreAlign Starter Private

This is in addition to the above package if you would like to participate in CoreAlign classes. This additional 55 minute private session is needed to instruct you further in safety and use of the CoreAlign unit and ladder prior to your first small group CoreAlign class.
