Joleen New brings 20 years of Physical Therapy experience to Renew Physical Therapy & Pilates. Joleen attended University of Evansville in Indiana and graduated with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. She has been utilizing Pilates principles into her Physical Therapy practice ever since and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). Joleen is also a Qualified CoreAlign instructor and Certified Wellness Coach. She loves how Pilates and CoreAlign can be used for people of all ability levels to improve movement efficiency and daily life no matter what that involves. She loves to be able to use her expertise to improve people's understanding of their own bodies and how to live their best lives. Joleen loves the Colorado lifestyle and is often enjoying the outdoors skiing, hiking and traveling with her husband and two children.

Andi Renshaw is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and licensed physical therapist with over 22 years experience. This Nebraska native graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science, Sports Medicine emphasis in 1994. She completed her M.S.P.T. at Regis University in 1999 and has been working in orthopedic rehab in Colorado ever since. In 2008, she became comprehensively trained and certified in Pilates through Polestar Pilates and furthered her certification with the national certification body, Pilates Method Alliance. “The addition of Pilates to my practice of physical therapy has enabled me to better evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions in the rehab setting and challenge safe wellness programming for the healthy population.” In 2010 she completed her training in Trigger Point Dry Needling which has become a core component of her treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction. She is the proud mother of three teens, three labradoodles and is happily married to her college sweetheart for over 25 years. She is a lover of all things outdoor and a competitive tennis player.

Jennifer “Mandie” Aaker Martin comes to Renew Physical Therapy and Pilates with 17 years experience as a Physical Therapist and 15 years of experience integrating Pilates into her practice. While attending physical therapy as a teen, Mandie was exposed to Pilates, which carved the path for her future career. After graduating Cum Laude in 2001, with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science, Sports Medicine concentration from Colorado State University, Mandie continued on to Regis University School of Physical Therapy. Mandie graduated with Honors as Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2004 and continued her training by completing her Comprehensive Pilates Rehab training through Polestar Pilates. Later Mandie expanded her practice with a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Certification, as well as CoreAlign Training. Pilates and CoreAlign are the perfect complements to Mandie’s physical therapy practice, as she is able to guide her clients to their best through body awareness and improved postural control. Outside of her work life, Mandie loves spending time with her husband and children in the great Colorado outdoors hiking, skiing, and enjoys time with extended family and friends.

Kristen Robles is a board certified physical therapist with 23 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedics. She pursued her training at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and graduated with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1998. After fourteen years in practice, Kristen had plans to pursue a Pilates certification but unfortunately sustained an injury that led to years of chronic pain. On her road to recovery, Kristen further developed an appreciation for Pilates and the impact it can have on the body. A consistent practice of Pilates and CoreAlign has been a vital part of her treatment regimen to improve movement patterns and strength. She is forever grateful to her caregivers that helped her return to an active lifestyle free from chronic pain. This allowed her to complete her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body. She has become trained in CoreAlign as well. Because of her experiences, she is now even more impassioned to help others reach their goals by leveraging her physical therapy and Pilates skills. Kristen has an affinity for the outdoors and in her free time she enjoys camping, hiking, downhill skiing, and paddleboarding. Kristen and her husband are raising two teenagers and her furry friend, the family Beagle.
Kelly Clymer

Kelly Clymer is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience with a focus in outpatient orthopedics. She was a Division 1 athlete, competing in track and field, and obtaining a degree in psychology from Kent State University. She continued her education at Old Dominion University earning a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2000. Kelly has always had a passion for wellness and Pilates, and finally decided to take the next step in bringing the two together in her practice. Kelly believes that Pilates enhances her approach to treating and teaching clients. She feels that treating the body as a whole not only can relieve pain and improve impairments, but also give clients the tools to empower themselves and reach their physical goals. Kelly and her family have lived all over the country, but are thankful to call Colorado home, and enjoy all that it has to offer. She stays active with tennis and skiing and all her children's activities.

Barbara Maillard

Barbara Maillard received her Comprehensive Teacher Training Certificate from Body Arts and Science International (BASI Pilates). She also holds specialized certificates in BOSU Pilates, TRX, The Power of Aging, Pilates for Shoulder Injuries, Pre & Post-Natal Training, and Pilates for Men. She has a BA in Elementary Education and Spanish as a Second Language. She relocated to Denver in 2020 after living in New York City and Tampa, FL. Barbara is very excited to be a part of the Renew Physical Therapy & Pilates Team. Before Pilates, she loved fitness and wellness of the mind and body all her life, taking her into other fitness practices, such as running 10ks, yoga, spinning, and the gym. Barbara came to appreciate the science and art of Pilates recommended by her physical therapist after suffering from chronic back pain due to structural hyperlordosis and Diastasis after childbirth. She was attracted to the BASI approach to Pilates because of its thoughtful emphasis on precision, detail, quality of movement, and flow. As a teacher, Barbara is continuously inspired by how Pilates re-educates and heals the body. She enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and fitness levels and teaching Pilates for rehabilitation. Barbara strives to educate her clients in all aspects of fitness - from the proper execution, purpose of each exercise to the importance of rest and rehabilitation.

Jill Cook received her Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Certificate from Body Arts and Science International (BASI Pilates). Jill also holds specialized training certificates in BOSU Pilates, The Power of Aging, Pre & Post-Natal Pilates and Pilates for Men.
Jill grew up in Canada and spent most of her earlier years as a competitive gymnast and often used pilates in her training programs or when rehabilitating from injuries. She studied Kinesiology at the University of Calgary and had a chance to help design stretching and flexibility programs for her fellow Varsity athletes on the football and volleyball teams, as well as some of the nationally ranked speed skaters. Carrying that passion for Pilates through her whole life, Jill decided with the support of her husband and two boys, to finally get officially certified a few years ago. Jill believes that Pilates gives people the ability to connect with their bodies on a whole new level and truly appreciate how movement, control and breathing can help to rehabilitate both your body and your mind.
